PRI-A not accesable?

Have a customer MICS 6.1 NAM 4.1 PRI T1. Up to yesterday all was working fine, all phones had access to PRI-A. By mistake I changed lines to PRI-B when I tried to change it back it just skips PRI-A. I tried taking the T1 module out of service, same results I even tried a reboot, no help.
I have given BRI-B access to all stations and that solved the outgoing problem, But has anyone had this happen to them? I am at a loss as what to do, any help would be appreciated.

Did you do a system startup "feature **startup" when you rebooted. if you did you most likely lost your PRI key codes. Check in maintenance under programming under card type and make sure it says PRI for type.

if you at not on 6.1 wi 6 10 then go there now...and if it works on pri b then why worry

Unless card 2 on the KSU is set for PRI, you shouldn't a PRI-B option. Change card 2 on KSU to be loop or something else besides PRI
