UP GRADE TO PRI LINES IN TRUCK GROUP A ,CAN CALLOUT BY DAILING 9 , THEY HAD LINE POOL KEY ON THE PHONE'S TO CALLOUT POOL A FOR LOCAL AND POOL B FOR LONG. NOW THEY HAVE PRI POOL A FOR LOCAL AND A T-1 FOR LONG AND STILL WHAT TO PRESS A KEY.
Program one of the buttons with feature 64+ particular pool access code. Once you press that button it will give you a line from that particular pool. Try feature 64+9.
It works for access codes 1 to 9 and pools A to O.
Hope that helps.
Off subject your handle looks familiar your name wouldn/t happen to be Keith would it?
Im pretty sure you cannot use the 64+line pool access code
with pri since you have to set up your access code as a dest code in routing services. I think they will just have to get used to it. Good luck !
You can not use F64 for the PRI but you can assign a button as an External Auto Dial with the Desti Code as the number. This will look like a Pool button to the user.
Hawks is right! Make sure the phones are primed to I/C, allowed access to PRI Pool A and we usually use "7" for the PRI pool code. Assign the button with F*1, press the button, then press "7", then OK.
othammo has the way to go, program an autodial with the destination code number "9" or "7". you will have to let the customer know that they will not hear a second dial tone after the 9 just to keep on dialing.
