PRI 226 alarms

Protocol Error: No RESTart ACK message received. Output data: DCH: x
DATA: y . Where: x = D-channel number and y = UTN.
Contact your technical support group if the problem persists.
Severity: Critical

What would be causing this? When I reset the DCH it seems to clear up for a couple days. The errors are on a TIE to a Cisco Call Manager. I'll put the programming below.

Yes. That is the way the vendor for the Call Manager wanted it.
 
Only way I have ever set them up is QSIG,

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA
 
Cisco has a PDF for DMS100 on call manager side and SL100 on meridian PBX side.

If you can not do Qsig I have used this option successfully
 
I can look into the QSIG, but the weird thing is we have two programmed the same, but only one has the issue. Could we get those errors from a possible bad cable?
