preview full resolution

Working on the PC side, my Quark 6 does not have the Full Resolution Preview available - either in importing a picture, or under the Item menu/Preview. It is not listed in the extensions manager either. My boss though, has it on his Quark 6 on his computer. Does anyone know how I can get this Quark 6 feature to function? Thanks.

download the 6.1 then 6.5 update, also several other extensions
