Preventing reprinting of invoices

Is it possible to allow users to print invoices while preventing them from re-printing invoices?

Using UI profiles, remove the checkbox for "Print invoices already printed"

Thanks Jay - I didn't even think of that (never used it before)! I now have a new problem. Using EE 5-1A with all the latest SP's installed (as far as I know), I am able to create the UI profile, remove the relevant check box from the form and assign the UI profile to a user. Upon testing I find that it has achieved what I wanted to do. However, the "Assign UI Profiles" form only allows me to add a single user! I can delete the one user and add another, but as soon as one user is listed, I cannot add any more. Am I doing something wrong?

How about pressing the Insert key to add a new line?

I will certainly do that. Directly thereafter I will go home and take a break from working and get my brain to start working properly again.
