HI guys,

I've programmed a button (key 11) on a 2616 to call forward (CFW) to another extension.
At the phone I activated the button and it works.
Anytime someone calls that extension they get forwarded to the other extension like we want.

But how do I prevent someone from coming along later and accidentally pressing the button again, and thus deactivating the call forwarding?
Can I disable the button somehow from accidentally being pressed?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
Rich

There is no way to disable it. There are other ways like a time of day app, or build that number on a phantom TN ect.

Thanks Eddie! Will proabably end up doing a phantom TN then.

If you di that way you can remote call forwad it. Works great!
