Hi,
I have a Windows Server 2003 network with 3 domain members. I have set up a main Sharepoint Site and added 2 domain members as users with full access to the site. I then created a sub-site and gave all 3 users access to the subsite.
My problem is that when i log into the site as the 3rd user, I can access both the sub-site (correct) and the main site (incorrect) even though that user is not defined on the main site.
I have not set up any special security groups in Sharepoint or Windows Server (this 3rd user is not a Windows Admin, just a user). Any suggestions on how I can prevent the 3rd user from accessing the main site? I thought that would be a given since they are not listed as a valid user there, but we all know how that goes
