I was wondering if anyone knows a good way to prevent users and websites from changing the home page. I have prevented users from changing the homepage using a group policy, however if the user goes to a website (such as yahoo) and there is a link to "Make Yahoo Your Home Page" this is allowed.

Any ideas?

It's a simple registry change, however if you download and install Spybot, ther is an option in it to lock the homepage

If you want to know where the registry key is located, post back and I will tell you

get spybot here :-

steamwiz - I'll give Spybot a try. Thanks for the suggestion.

MarcLodge - Those registry mods are the same as setting a group policy for preventing changing of the home page. It will prevent a user from changing the home page (i.e. those options are greyed out)since they are just panel restrictions however web sites such as Yahoo ignore those settings and do it anyway.
