I would like to set a form so it will only allow you to enter 20 records. Can some1 help??

You said "will only allow you to enter 20 records".

Is that:
1. Forever
2. Per session
3. Other?

You could add code that determines how many records are in the table, then in the "Before_Insert" event for the form, check how man records are present. If already 20 (or 120, or...) then cancel the insert and tell the user.

"Have a great day today and a better day tomorrow!

I would like the user to enter data no more than 20 times. Im holding records of Training. Basically he has 20 attempts

I'm sorry, but I still am not clear on what you are trying to do.

Re "I would like the user to enter data no more than 20 times" is this "FOREVER" or "PER SESSION" or other?

"Basically he has 20 attempts" could mean 20 per session or 20 forever, etc.

"Have a great day today and a better day tomorrow!
