Prevent user from disabling Voicemail 1

Hi all,

Is there a way to prevent users from disabling their personal voicemail once they have logged into their mailbox?

I think he is talking about in visual voice how you have the option to turn voicemail on/off. Unfortunately with R8.1 I think you may be SOL. Not sure if it was added in 9.0 or 9.1 but in 9.1 you can go to the user's Telephony>TUI tab and uncheck Voicemail Controls to remove this option.

User rights group, voicemail tab ticked, apply as user rights.

Once enabled the user is locked out from changing the voicemail on off.
