I have multiple subreport in main report. Sub1 exists in Details A, Sub2 in Details B, Sub3 in Details C etc. When I preview the report there is whitespace after each subreport, -similar to a page break after each subreport. I'd like for each report print directly after previous subreport without breaking to a next page??

Pat, Thanks in advance

For starters, try right clicking on a subreport > Format Subreport > Common tab > uncheck 'Keep Object Together'.

Rinse, and repeat as necessary...

Subreports in the Details tend to be punishingly slow, and high manitenance with low reusability.

Try using subqueries or Views on the database to eliminate them.

Including technical information is a good idea when requesting it:

Crystal version
Database/connectivity used
Example data

Thanks Vidru, that worked.

SV,

I will be reporting from an XML document using CR 10 what are my options as it relates to performance.
