Prevent spamming on Notes 4.6.2[-b]

We are running Lotus Notes 4.6.2. Someone is using us as a relay. Have checked the .ini file and have all of the recommended statements included to prevent open relay, however, this is not preventing the open relay from our server. Any ideas on how to stop it or monitor it or anything would be useful. We will update to 5 early next year, the the heavy usage is crashing our server and needs to be corrected now.

No help yet. We had a consultant tell us that we really would not be able to do anything until we went to R5. This newer version has many more tools to prevent open relaying. I was hoping that someone had a trick to tell about to get us a little more secure right now until we get the upgrade finished.

I guess I'm not trying to stop spam. I think you misunderstood maybe. Someone is using our mail server as a relay point to send there own mail into the world. Everyone who gets this email thinks it came from our company because someone is spoofing our server. According to what I've read, this can not be stopped on version of notes.
