Hi,
I have a user that send me mail then retract it after few minutes. Is there
any action under rules that will mark the email as open automatically after
I recieve it this way he can't retract it?

Many many Thanks

Under the action of a Rule is the option to "Mark Read". I know that this will not work for purging e-mails with "perform user upkeep" cycle (as of 6/04). But it might for the purpose of keeping a Sender from retracting e-mail(s). Have a good one!

Thanks but "Mark Read" doesn't mark it as open therefore the user can still retract.

Thanks anyway :)

Then I guess you could always just setup a forwarding rule.
Where you are the recipient on the forwarding action. This way if He/She retracts the e-mail, only the original will be removed from your InBox. You could take it one step further (for less clutter purposes) by having the forwarded message from yourself go into a folder under the Cabinet. I tried it and it took me all of 30 seconds to set it up. Have a good one.
Later!
