Prevent inbound caller ID passing to assistant's phone

Can anyone help with the following:
Boss has DID and which is programmed on Assistant's set for the purpose of monitoring whether the Boss' line is active. Boss does not want his incoming calls to pass the calling party name to the assistant set. He only wants the assistant to know when his line is engaged. Is it possible to config this way?

Perhaps you need to give the assistant a BFS key instead?.
