Hi
I have a system that works as e-docket (order) system. I have at max 7 users on at the same time. I tried my best to cretate a multi user system. I have my be on the server, and the fe on the desktops of users. My ID number is =Nz(Dmax...)
But ever so often (if it can it will go wrong) i get duplicate entries and at least one CSR screaming at me.
How can i change - help - protect mu db?
i am trying m.red's Qi number, but i am runing into problems, thx nadir

Hi

In addition to M Reds code, if you make the Id a unique key, it (acecss) will at least trap the error, then you could just cyscle round and create another number
