Hi,
I'm trying to prevent an incoming call from being routed to an EC500 device if the call is inside a vector/hunt grp.
Explaining:
our sales guys each have 9620 desk phones and a cell phone for mobility via EC500. it's okay to use that EC500 functionality if you call someone directly on his extension.
but if we communicate one dedicated sales number (VDN) for all our employees in the sales department, we wanna control that call distribution via vdn -> vector -> hunt group (most idle agent).
Question
is it possible to prevent that incoming call to this "most idle agent" in the hunt group to not being routed to EC500 device (meaning, only route that call to the desk phone) or audix ?
thanks for your support!
