Pressing Voicemail Button Goes to Same User's VM On Every Phone

Still battling with my first Server Edition.

When I press the message button or dial *17, it goes to extension 1599 no matter what phone I try it from.

Here is a trace. There was more to the trace. I am not sure what is all relevant to the problem. I pressed the voicemail button on extension 4080. Somewhere along the way, it decides to go to 1599.

In monitor select "Shrotcode messages" in the call filter and enable VM Messages as well.
Test from different extensions dialling *17

I found the problem. I think someone was messing around with the voicemail system and set the default start point for collect to that one extension. I have no idea why. That is why it didn't work.

@intrigrant - Thanks for the response. I am sure I will use your idea at some other install for another problem.
