Like most companies if I press 0 it goes to our Reception. However if I run a trace, pressing 0 is actually translated to 3000 (our reception DN) - where does this translation take place ?

(We have another site where we've removed the reception console, and whilst we can get the external calls to forward to the new reception DN - having more problems with the internal calls).

Its set in ATT_DATA in LD15/21
CHG in 15, PRT in 21.

PRT/CHG
TYPE: ATT
ATDN: xxxx

With no console, the system is in permanent nite-service.
This is also set in LD15/21 but in NIT_DATA

PRT/CHG
TYPE: NIT
NIT1: xxxx

Hope this helps

Dave.

Excellent - thanks. Checked it on both switches and that is how I've got it set up. It was just awkward not being at that site and not being able to press 0 myself to check it. Thanks again.
