Press 2 Destination

We have a call pilot message that plays if all agents are busy that instructs our callers to press two if they need only reservations. I need to change the destination extension.

This looks like a voice segment script variable called av_RSVP_Exit. Attributes under this variable show a value of cpfile1:3. I have a file listed in App Builder called cpfile1 but it is blank.

The process is currently transferring properly, I just need to change the destination.

I need help finding where to make This modification.

I endided up finding SCE but was connecting locally. Once I logged in to the contact center webportal and ran the SCE installed=r it allowed me to connect to the server.
