Currently on our phone system (we have 4 IP403 3.2 (53) units) if you call and get someone's voicemail you can press 0 and it immediately transfers you to one of our service center hunt groups so you can avoid the voicemail. However, in one of our branch office IPO units pressing 0 doesn't do anything when in voicemail. I tried to compare the configs and I'm not seeing where they are different... where might this be setup at?
