Does any one know if it's possible to create a report that has the mailing information in the footer.
for example. It would have the following on the right of the footer followed by a post office type bar code.

PRESORTED-fIRST cLASS
US POSTAGE PAID
CITY, STATE ZIP
PERMIT NO. 111

It is very likely possible, but we don't know what footer you are talking about: page, group, report, and we don't know how your report is set up--what you are grouping on, whether you have new pages after groups, etc.

Other than the City, State Zip line, it looks like the rest of it is static text, is that correct?

Crystal Section Expert includes an option to put a section at the bottom of the page? Does that help.

(You find Section Expert by clicking on the section. It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.)

Thank you for the replies. I will place this section in a group footer and have it print at the bottom of the page. My concern is the USPS bar code that will be the last object printed in the bottom of the section. I'm not sure how to get the barcode that the post office would be expecting.

The example I have, looks like something you would get in the mail that folds over and is attached by a sticker with the mailing info on one side.

Thanks again.

If the bar code is the issue, I, for one, can't help you, but try a search on "bar code"--you might find some helpful posts. Or maybe someone else can help.
