Presence Services 6.1 (MISSING FROM URI)

Hi,

just installed CM6.0.1ES, SM6.1, SMGR6.1, PS6.1

The entity link between SM100 and PS says UP, But the reason code says: "400 Missing FROM URI"

I can see that users are created in the PS server, but when I try to login a user, the IM and Presence function do not function...

Any ideas?

Do you have a solution for this issue. I have exactly the same situation...

From Session Manager you can run a traceSM and when the user state changes you should see a SIP message go to the Presence Server. If not you may not have enable Presence in System Manager for the users.

Hi,
I have the same issue. and I see the presence messages going to the presence server but I get an error of 500 Session creation failure.
I also see a 400 Missing FROM URI between the Session manager and presence services
