i have a customer that is running 9.1 GA on a server edition IPO. this issue started when they were still at 8.1.x but did not get corrected with the upgrade. they have two receptionist, both at different buildings. one receptionist's soft console works flawlessly, one does not. the one that does not: doesnt display presence, cant search in the directory, when logging in cant search for the IPO or user and has to manually enter all the info. ive uninstalled and reinstalled soft console and ran the batch file. im still thinking this is network related being that the one that working is in the same building as the primary server. anyone have any ideas, or ways i can prove or disprove it being a network issue?
