Presence Issus

Hello Everyone~

I have equinox client mobile,when intranet,It's work OK.
(Presence,Video,Voice,all function OK )

When Internet(through SBCE),only presence no work,other function OK.
(Only Presence no work;Video,Voice function OK )

It's SBCE config issus?How can fix it.
When I traceSM,I can see Presence PUBLISH (intranet).
Internet(through SBCE), can not see Presence PUBLISH.

SMGR7.0,SBCE7.2.2,CM 7.0.1.3
Breeze3.2 snap in Presence7.0

Equinox Presence, Is using XMPP 5222 or SIP 5061 ?

Is need setting SBCE Reverse Proxy for presence server ?

When I traceSBC can see XMPP session, but Equinox Client Presence no work.

How to setting Equinox Presence ?(Through SBCE)

Does that PPM item look the same when you register from internal? I'm almost expecting to see <ServiceFQDN/> not be blank until you get to <ServiceURI>. If it looks the same inside and outside, good.

There must be a doc somewhere. But look in the SBC and PPM Mapping Profiles, and look in SMGR-->SM-->Network Config-->Remote Access. In those 2 places you map "public IP to internal A1 SBC IP to SM" in various manners.
Something like if you have public IP 2.2.2.2 come into your router and NAT to DMZ IP 3.3.3.3 for the SBC B1/untrusted intfc and come thru SBC trusted 4.4.4.4 to go to SM 5.5.5.5, the setup makes it so "whatever you receive on 5.5.5.5 AND from 4.4.4.4 must be a client outside accessing 2.2.2.2, so give him information relative to the path he is using to come in"

Also, do you have Avaya Multimedia Messaging? Older UC clients use Presence Services for status and instant messaging. New clients like Equinox use presence only for status, they use AMM for chat. Maybe you have a problem there that could be preventing presence from being possible.

1.AMM & AADS Work OK,Only Presence No Work.

2.TraceSM & TraceSBC,The log is same.Equinox Presence Signal,Is using SIP 5061 Port ?
Intranet,It's work OK.It's like SBCE no pass through Presence Signal to outside.
If Presence Signal using SIP 5061 Port,Why Voice & Video work OK.

3.This is my setting, is it correct?

Do you have some relay service or reverse proxy for port 5222 for XMPP on the SBC? That would normally be required.

I believe in the relay services you can add them and there is a dropdown choice for what type of relay it is and XMPP is certainly one of the options.

If you have root on the SBC, maybe like "tshark -i any port 5222 -w /tmp/mypresence.pcap" and try logging in. Get that PCAP in wireshark and see if you're client is trying to come in port 5222
