PRES 4.0 Shadowing Disconnections

Since PRES 3.0 upgrade to PRES 4.0 everytime we shadow a user (regardelss of the server) after around a minute of shadowing connectivity we are disconnected (as though the connection times out) and the shadowing window actually starts a relaunch process, passes through the already entered shadowing credentials and reprompts the user to let me shadow them AGAIN..

Any ideas? The primary support feature of citrix is shadowing, and its screwed!
