I understand that the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform is a prerequisite.

Question:
Do I also need to complete either or both of the following certifications?
Sun Certified Developer for the Java 2 Platform
Sun Certified Web Component Developer for the Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE)

Also,
From an exam point of view, what is the difference between J2SE 1.2 vs 1.4 for Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform
