Preloader Not Working on I.E. but on Firefox?

My preloader won't work on Internet Explorer, but will on firefox. anyone have a clue why? here it is

Most probably because you're publishing for Flash player 7 and using Flash 8 only features... 'Cause when I publish it for the Flash 8 player, it works fine for me on IE...

It starts late, but that's because of all the components your're using exported for actionscript on frame 1...

Of course you need to clear your Internet cache, once the file has been cached, in order to see the preloader again...

i thoguht i did export for flash 8....how do i assure thaT?

File->Publish Settings->Flash Tab-> Version Box = Flash Player 8
