prehistoric website

I am responsible for maintaining a prehistoric website that does not provide usual methods to upload Flash SWF files.

I have created a Flash banner and want to put this on the website as a link to an external page.

Does anybody know of any freeware hosting site to upload a single page with a Flash banner that I can link to the website?

It isn't free but for $5 a year you can get one at fatcow.com with no ads or popups

WS_FTP is free... I have downloaded it before from downloads.com. You can also set up an FTP on your system to upload the file.
