I get a preflight message that everything is fine except I have 7 images that are rgb.How do I fix that...in PS or in InDesign?
Thanks

Open them in the app they were created in and change.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

I'd like to see you try to change the images in InDesign. [bigsmile]

Oh, yeah, hunh! I didn't know how, but didn't really think about IF it could be done. This is the first InDesign project I have ever done that wasn't printed out on my printer or a Fiery (sp?) at Kinko's for a class. Until now, my "professional" experiences are with a printer, Illustrator, and an Iris printer.
Thanks for that!

...you can export your document to press quality pdf and have the conversion done for you by the 'pdf export' settings...

...under 'output' a color conversion option is available to a destination profile, "convert to destination (preserve)" is the one to use, in the destination option choose a cmyk profile to convert to, either photoshop 5 default is a good one from rgb or a cmyk profile supplied to you by your print provider (if they use them)...
