Hi All, we are using CM 8.1. with Mix of Avaya IP and SIP phones. All phone are saving incoming call logs with access code "9". However our dialout access code is "8". User cannot dialout from incoming call log since the icoming calls are saving with prefix "9". How can i change this to "8"

There is no such thing as a free LUNCH.

If you are using softphone, you can change it in the dialing rules. If you are using hardphones, you can check out your 46xxsettings file.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the info. Can you please mention which part of setting file deals with the above query?

There is no such thing as a free LUNCH.

You may need to explore this part of the 46xxsettings file as it may also be related with the length of your extensions.
