Hi all experts,

This is my first question on this platform. I am very new with EPABX and configured 30 channels SIP over Pri.
Now we are integrating Voice connectivity with other location which are working on Alcatel.
We have separate PRI for voice integration.
I have created line group 1 for dialing outgoing and incoming from same PRI. Prefix '#' will be used to dial other location number.
Local extensions are working properly, and it is 4-digit numbers. Remote location numbers are 4-digit with prefix '#' dialing will be used.

Here is trace info:-

I would request someone guide to solve the issue as per above trace.

Help would be really appreciated.

Adding to the above,

I have set Short Code as per below:-
Code = #
Feature = Dial
Telephone Number = .
Line Group ID = 1

Line PRI Config :-
Screenshot_2024-06-03_165932_czifov.jpg

Try #N/Dial/N.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*
*(Disclaimer for all advise given)--'Version Dependent'

Instead of#, why not have 40XX & 41XX as extension ranges
The description of your intergration architecture is not clear.

Is it like - below?

PRI from Telco ====> Avaya, Locataion-A <====== SIP ====> Alcatel,Location-B =====> PRI from Telco

Create ARS 51 with entry N; / Dial / N / 1
Create Short Code #N / Dial / N / 51

Thanks a lot for the reply. I really appreciate it.

Special thanks to .
Your reply solves my issue and now I am able to call by prefix '#' dialing.

Thanks a lot.
God bless.
