Preferred Edition license is not available for the IP Office.192.168.X.X

Hello,

I have a problem with a onex portal server on Win2008 in 9.1.5
Everything was OK for few weeks !
but today "CSTA Provider 1 Master" is red and starting...
the "CSTA Provider 1 192.168.X.X" is green OK
the "VOICEMAIL Provider 192... " is red
and all the others are green

There is a warning in front of onex admin console with "preferred edition licence is not available"
when i restart the voicemail service, the "VOICEMAIL Provider 192..." go back green but the "CSTA Provider 1 Master" stay red
I tried to restart the onex service => not better
I don't try to restart IPO => i try it this evening

I have all good licences
1 Essential
1 R8 Preferred
1 preferred additional 4
1 preferred additional 8
1 upgrade to 9.1

Anybody already seen that ?

I find it

It was the Symantec firewall

desactivate => all is fine
