Predictive Diallers

Hi Guys,

My MD is pushing to get involved in predictive diallers , just wondering if there are any out there that have proved good and reliable that Avaya recommend , might me just being blind but i cant seem to find anything on the learning university.

Look under Proactive Contact Solutions - But they are seriously expensive and will require a lot of investment to take on board (it's not something you can just go on a course and support after a week)

Hi, Have you looked into Magnetic Norths Hosted Blended Dialler, it is fully tested with all Avaya platforms and is a good alternative to traditional CPE solutions and budget friendly?
