Pre-recorded Message Before passing to DDI's

Hi,

We run a CS1000 with Meridian Mail and CC6. Is there anyway I can config a pre-recorded message to run and then pass the calls direct to the relevant DDI's?

easy to do if it was a Skillset but what if we need to play a message 'that all calls are recorded' before placing the call to back office DDI's.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to do this?

Let's say you had only 20 or 30 of the "relevant" DIDs...

Give everyone a non-DID - sort of a back door number. Replace their DID with this number.

Forward (Phantom or ACD) their real DID to MrrMail and have the VSDN point to an announcement, then have it revert to the users new non-DID you created above.

Lets say you have hundreds of users that need this "miranda"... and you are stuck with MerMail: I dunno
