We run a CS1000 with Meridian Mail and CC6. Is there anyway I can config a pre-recorded message to run and then pass the calls direct to the relevant DDI's?
easy to do if it was a Skillset but what if we need to play a message 'that all calls are recorded' before placing the call to back office DDI's.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to do this?
