It is being a while since our phone system was setup with a Mitel box 3300 which came with prairiefyre software for realtime monitoring of queues.
The question I have is regarding Win7 and prairiefyre. Is there a new version that works with windows 7 64-bit? If there is, where can I find it?
The prairiefyre website requires a login information to be able to download updates.
Does anybody else is having this issue?

Win 7 64bit will only work with CCC client machines
This came out with rel 5.7 I recall (current 5.8)
Win 2008 server will only work in 32bit mode

No 64 bit support yet.

Windows 7 64 bit support came out in Rel 5.8.

You need to download it off Mitel on-line, you will also need to download some of the fix packs as well.
