As I understand it you have created a Make Busy Reason Code on CCM/YSE
When you enable Make Busy from the phone it prompts for a code and the new code is entered.
If you don't get the prompt to enter a reason code then this needs to be enabled in System Options 'ACD Make Busy Walk Away Codes'
