I have an issue where I can't ping the Prairiefyre server from data subnet and can't log into it using web browser from data subnet but I can RDP to it from a data subnet. Is this a network issue or a setting need to be enable in the prairiefyre server?

When you say from the data subnet is the Server in different subnet?
If there are restrictive ACLs between the two networks then it may not be allowing traffic like ICMP and HTTP etc...
Did it ever work?

The prairiefyre server is in a different subnet.
The PBX/Prairiefyre server/nupoint is in the same subnet and I can ping and log into it from the data subnet no problem but not the prairiefyre server.
This is a new install.

Easiest thing to try is to turn off firewall on the server while you test, this will at least eliminate that as a problem.

Looks like you have 2 different networks perhaps VLANS the only way to communicate between networks is via a router or ACL
If you have different networks then gaining access to the different TCP ports might be a challenge as this could also be denied if you have a physical firewall on the network between subnets.
You will need to either speak to the people responsible for your network or get specialist advice.
Sorry there is no easy answer for this
