Powerpoint slides Landscape, print preview Portrait. 1

Hi Guys,
I have a user who is using who is using Powerpoint 2002 with SP3. He can do most things and his presentations look good apart from one thing. All his slides are landscape but in print preview all are protrait, they print this way to. I have checked the settings in page setup and they both slides and handout say landscape. In print preview I have checked "Print What" but it is greyed out. Any help would be great, thanks.

Thanks dcompto thats worked a treat. Its a fairly new printer so I never would have tried that.
