I want to show someone who does not have web access what a web page looks like . They have powerpoint. I can't see how to save a web page as powerpoint slide.... Help I am about to go mad. Surely there is a simple solution...

Press the Print Screen button 1 time (this is equal to copy the entire screen), if you just need the active window, then hold the alt while pressing print screen. then open power point or any other office product and paste (usually a right click will will bring up a paste menu), else edit then paste.

That should do it. :)

Sorry but I have no idea how to print screen. Where is the print screen button you suggest I press. I have tried selecting all then pasting directly into powerpoint and this does not work on web pages with frames. Sorry to be a pain. I can see that you must be incredibly busy. Thanks for your work so far.

The Print Screen button is located on the upper right side of your keyboard. Its usually labeled "Prtscn". Just press that button once to save it on your clipboard and paste it anywhere. This action is invisible to the user so you will not see anything pop up on the screen but you will get the option to paste it on your program.

Thankyou so much for your help. I knew that there must be a simple way to do it. But then I am just a simple. Thank you once again. If you are ever in Auckland New Zealand I owe you a drink.
