PowerPoint options

Hi;
Is there anyway in a powerpoint presentation to allow the viewer to select a tag/button that would jump to a
new location in the presentation?
like from the introduction slide. Click on the Phase3 item
and have to presentation continue at the phase3 slide.

There is a tutorial on creating a menu or introduction slide that jumps to either a different section of a presentation...or another presentation altogether. This is done using "action settings" in powerpoint and not hyperlinks. So it's all very neat and seamless
