I've been asked to set up a cordless mouse for a Powerpoint presentation so that the left button advances the slide show by one slide (default) and the right (or any other button) will select the previous slide.

I've found the option where you can hyperlink on click but it seems to only affect the one button so by selecting previous I'll lose the 'next slide' function.

Can anyone help with this?

Cheers

Do the following:
1. Select "Tools" | "Options..." menu item in PowerPoint.
2. In the "View" tab, ensure that the "Popup menu on right mouse click" box is cleared.
3. Click OK.

This will make the right mouse button move the slide show to previous slide. The left mouse button defaults to moving the slide show to next slide.
