I am currently working on an organisational chart of our company.

With 5 departments and multiple level offices and business units, I need for the users of this matrix to be able to do text searches when looking for names, departments, functions etc from any page on the presentation.

I'd really appreciate any help on this.

Urgent.

Thanks again..

brainiac,

I don't know if that is possible in an organizational chart...

The reason I think this is the chart is actually an "object" embeded into the PPS. So, it's text can't be seen by PP.

Any one else out there have an idea? Would this be possible using VBA to search the "object" in question?
I'd be interested in the answer as well.

Thanks for the quick feedback, AngO

I've actually had a think about that and realised that embedding the CHART within the PPS only compiled my problems.

The format has now been changed and is in the form of normal textboxes linked by connectors.

HOWEVER, this still does not change my dilemma since I still cannot bring up a CTRL+F type search box from within the PPS....

Any ideas?

Thanks again
