As the subject says, I have created a Presentation in XP with animations on the text. When viewing this in Powerpoint 97 or 2000 these animations dont work.

Any help or ideas?

Steve

Unfortunately, the newer animations don't convert down. You can disable the new animation features in PowerPoint (Tools>Options>Edit) when working on a presentation that will be going to older software. That'll still give you animation options, just not the ones the older programs can't work with.

Thanks Linda.

Luckily I have a few versions of Office in the company so I was able to change my animations before your post. Bu many thanks for details to change the settings.

regards
