Powerpoint: animated picture / Movie

Hi,

I'd like to insert in a powerpoint presentation a movie of the windows' desktop with the mouse moving and operating on it (it's meant to do a training presentation for windows).

Any idea what software I can use to do this animation?

There are MultiMedia Softwares which can do this.. one of it which i know is Lotus-Suites - Screen Cam..
U can search in the web sites for Screen Cam and u can get some free sharewares also..
