HI all, need help... we have currently two users working on the same project here. they have to use powerpoint 2003. The problems occurs for only one user... So the problem is that when this user sends a powerpoints to someone else at the office. the formatting wont stay and the person that receives will often have to deal with it... changing the font... so basically the formatting is not preserved. I have the same installation on both machine... and they are working on same type of document.

any help?

Do they have different master slides?

When we do similar thing we have the collaborator to have no master slide, no templates or anything, and then we drop these slides into the master presentation where they should take up the fonts etc from the slide master that this main person is using.
