Powerplay Save as pdf Using Small Fonts changes in pdf files

Dear All,

I am using V7.1.544.0.

When I create a report using the Small Fonts, and perform a save as pdf.
The resulting pdf file does not have the small font in it, it is substituted with ArialMT!!

I have updated the following in Configuration Manager Services \ PDF Rendering:
Font Embedding : Use font embedded list - 0 (To embedd all fonts)

This has made no difference at all.

Have also looked at the PDFDEFAULTS.cps file in Cognos.

Does anyone have any idea??

Only True type fonts are supported in save as pdf

Call was logged with cognos as an enhancement request, don't hold your breath for a fix. Solution - find a true type font that supports the font sizes you are looking for and emben them in the saved pdf report
