Poweredge 1950 III 1

I have PowerEdge 1950 III with 1 CPU.
I would like to add a second, but Dell's asking price is a little too much to swallow. I can get a CPU for around 1/10 what Dell is asking, but I need the heatsink/fan assembly for the second CPU. I have searched and can not find a part number for it. Does anyone know either the part number for the second CPU cooliong assemply, or some site that sells them?

The current CPU is:

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU 5148 @ 2.33GHz Model 15 Stepping 6 2333 MHz Dual Core
