what's wrong with avaya power switches? there are c363t with 24 powered ports 10/100 + 2 gbics or c364t with 48 10/10 powered ports + 2 gbics. in my opinion, the best choice considering features, robustness and price. powered cisco catalysts 3560 would cost you $1k more for virtually nothing.

Try Extreme Networks. They are priced better than Avaya and Cisco and are just as good with open standards architecture. They meet Avaya compliances for there PoE.
