Hello ..

I have IPO Rls10.1, and power user license needed for One-X mobile, when create IP Extension for power user, this will not affect the number of Avaya IP Endpoint license if I create a user with power user, or create directly user and set it to use power user license without create extension.

thanks

you only need to create an IP extension if you have an IP hardphone.
if not and you are just using Communicator there is no need for it.
So yes to your question no license used for just the user (yet)

Depends on the system and how it is licensed. In rough terms (IIRC) IP500 V2s consume their end-point licenses when the extension registers, Server Edition systems consume licenses when an extension is created in the configuration.

But as Westi says, for softphone applications like one-X Mobile normally don't need the user to have a matching extension configured and are licensed through the user profile licenses (yes, with the annoying exceptions in some cases for legacy softphones, etc, I talking in general).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
